Surprisingly the amount of time I spend here is a pale shadow in comparison of how much time I spend at work.


Thanks quoll. Pleasant surprises like this don't happen very often, certainly not two days in a row. It is a nice reminder that I DO make a difference. This is true especially on days I question my career choice. Remember the biting incident several weeks ago?

Needing to know where my father was born in order to get a passport, and since my mother wasn't absolutely sure (he died almost 40 years ago), I went to the state archives. I found out more than I expected.
