Don't worry, your ass is safe from me, in all respects ;)

Well, you know, I hadn't actually started to worry about that. Should I? :D

Actually, it was her arse that I had plans for...

Nope, nothing to fear from me in THAT regard ;)

You think YOU have plans, I've just found out in the last few days I'm only a 10 or 11 hour drive from her
Mpaquest is on my mind

And tickets! (rather expensive air-line tickets...)

It is sooo expensive to fly to where you are Fungi, I would have to win the lottery to afford it! LOL (Or be treated by a well heeled subby!)

Yeah, I know. Not that it wouldn't be fun showing you around!

I did import a lady from Texas about 4 years ago, but that was when I was single, living in Sydney, Australia, and earning about double what I do now.

Mebbe if I win the Lotto tonight I'll fly everyone on the board I like to NZ for a party at Fungi's
It'll give me a chance to pick up some good wine :D

Red, white, bubbly? Oz is better for most reds, but NZ white and NZ bubbly is yummy! We also have some nice meads, and fruit wines. And if you're a beer fan (which I'm not), apparently we have really good beer.

I already like YOU

Hmmmm
If I charter a plane, we can make all the subbies fly naked....

Well, I doubt James would object to you spending some time kissing his backside. Of course, that may not help him with winning the lottery...

Gotta go for the Malborough Sauvignon Blancs
Some good Pinot Noirs there
And some GREAT Merlot & other reds from Hawk's Crest
Never had the bubbly tho

Hmm... Aussie Shiraz and Cab Sav is better, but we do have some nice Merlots, and mixes. My fave is a Church Road Cab Sav/Merlot mix. Yum!

Not really a fan of Pinot Noir. Just never really grabbed me.

Sav Blanc... well, NZ has the best. Do you like fragrant wines? I love the NZ Gewurtraminer. We do a great Reisling, and of course the Hawkes Bay Chardonnay... yummy!

Bubbly -- well, there are heaps to try. *chuckle* A really fun afternoon is to work your way through six different bottles, to try and find out which you prefer.

Dude, what're you thinking? ;)

Bounce, bounce, bounce....

You're right. We'd have to issue neck braces! Not such a good idea after all.

Hawke's Bay is what I meant for the Merlot, Hawk's Crest is a Cali label
*sigh*
I shouldn't drink when I try to post about drinking
Never had an NZ Gewurz or Riesling, but some good Oz ones...not a lot of NZ stuff gets here

Not to mention the potential black eyes :D

I did wonder about the Hawk's Crest. We don't get much Californian wine here -- mostly NZ, Australian, some French, some Spanish, some Portugese. I think I did run into a Chillian wine at some point.

I'll bring ya some good stateside wines
Nobody does Zins better, and Petite Sirah is pretty much exclusively a California wine

Haven't tried either of those. We do have Sirah here, which is another name for Shiraz.

Different grape entirely
Zinfandel is MOSTLY a US thing, but they're making some good ones in Italy...they call them Primitivo there
