Apparently, I may need to rethink my dazzling "I-don't-give-a-fuck" fashion sense (when I can be assed with clothes at all). Just got back from my usual mile amble down to the smoke shop and store where I buy food for me and the four-foots. And, on the way back, a home-free guy that I dimly recognize from around stopped me and wanted to buy me a meal.

Apparently, I look rougher than I'd realized. :eek:
 
It's always funny to read and hear how foreign people react to our tax records being made public once a year.

Bwahaha. Hashtag national jealousy day.
 
Discussing a technical topic at work. Co-worker said "You should use X!" and two others immediately emailed/messaged me to say "for the love of God, don't use X!"
 
This little guy from a zoo getting a check up, responding to the cold stethoscope made me smile

Getting some great feedback on a presentation I gave - managed to take something complicated and make it understandable.
 
Surviving the day, good schedules, very tentative travel plans and a new bra.

Ha! I know someone who would benefit from a big roll of duct tape.


I'm smiling thinking about the awesomeness of last evening. I wasn't really feeling it in the morning, but very much got in the mood for art, music and a fancy dinner with friends. It was a great evening. And there's part two tonight! :)

Actually a post Pmann made today.. of all people, no less. Okay, I admit he can be a funny dude when he wants to be. :)
 
I've had an excellent weekend so far and there's still Sunday left. Much happiness!
 
What made me smile? A call from an old friend and a glass or two, or three of single malt scotch. What made me laugh? My dog, tilting his head, like I was nuts, expecting him to understand what I was telling him.
