They are needed after the past 2 weeks at work, someone quitting triggered absolute chaos for 2 weeks. Its resulted in me putting the boss on the spot and giving him the perfect solution for the time being. I'm back managing a kitchen again, the biggest cause of stress now doesn't work for us.
