That I managed to produce a roast chicken, roast potatoes, pearl onions in white sauce, peas, carrots, and cornbread dressing and gravy on time without burning anything, or making a lumpy sauce. 
Just wish we had had some company. With just the two of us, a turkey is a non-starter, and I did not fancy ham this year. I rarely cook complex meals, More usual for me is something simple like frickadellen, fried cabbage, and noodles.

The new Doctor Who special. First time I smiled all day, and couldn't stop through it's entirety. Plus, my daughter said she thought it was cool.
