It is a fall supper sort of night...off to enjoy with good friends and family!

:rose::kiss:

This sounds delicious. I got my hands on some horseradish root recently, and have been roasting beef and pork like crazy just to enjoy the simple pleasure of fresh horseradish. My grandfather always grew it, and it brings back lovely memories the second it hits my palate :)

I baked for the baker today! The professional baker that owns his own bakery :eek: He loved my bread, wants to host an event with my bread and some wine and a bunch of friends! :eek: :eek:

Awwww... thanks, guys :)

I don't know - what kind of bread sounds good with wine and cheese? I will have to think about it. And worry about it. And obsess about it :p

left over cold stuffed artichokes. Oyster pie on deck for the weekend though

Ooohhhh....me NEEDS the stuffed artichokes..Om nom nom...

My weekends are pretty cooking centric so I will be making a dalithoy tonight with some homemade subjits on the side, tomorrow is plantains and beans and Sunday I'll make some tostadas with a smoky corn houmous and tomatillo salsa for dinner and batches of a summery curry with veggies from the garden, some 'cheesy' brocolli cauliflower rice and some black lentil, pistachio and shiitake mushroom burgers for next week. Oh god, hungry already!

Côte de porc charcutière with rice and Hardy's Nottage Hill Shiraz 2013.
Then a fruit salad made with red plum, nectarines, roasted hazelnuts, a dash of Cointreau and topped with some very full fat turkish yoghurt.
