I don't know if caviar can be frozen, but since every other type of roe I've had can or has to be be frozen, I don't see any reason why caviar would be an exception. Don't take my word for it, though. I'm hardly a roe and especially caviar expert. I've only had one type of caviar exactly once in my life.

My favorite is vendace roe. Burbot roe is excellent, but it's so hard to come by that it's a rare delicacy for me.

Also, do they migrate? Or can you only catch them at certain times of the year by law? How do you make your soup? I have some fresh grouper I don't know what to do with...

Grouper is legit. It's good fried, for one, but the best dish I ever had with it was an orange-ginger baked grouper dish at a restaurant in the Florida Panhandle (I can't even remember exactly where anymore. It had to be in the vicinity of either Destin or Panama City, though.) That was to die for. The only thing better is fried Gulf red snapper, and only by a tiny margin.

Sorry, I saw the word "grouper" and had to have an excellent food flashback there for just a minute. Hope you can figure out something to do with your fillets because YUM.

Well so far I have made fresh bread crumbs for a coating and fried it in coconut oil, I made a basic batter and pan fried it for fish tacos, and I made fish cakes out of the leftovers. I also coated it in Zatarans and pan fried it. That was good, too. Seems like you can't really mess it up. Orange sounds good too! I will noodle it :)

Can I come eat with you this week? :D

Lunch! o(^_-)O

Curried chicken salad sandwich, I diced up some carrot and apple to mix in for sweetness. Served with a side of red bell pepper and hummus. So yummy.

SCAB diet? What's that one

There is FODMAP. BRAT diet is an odd one, Because apples can cause problems.

As for eating....n'ah, I have no appetite worked up and no time sense for a meal. :)

Sorry, auto correct got me. It's SCABB.
Soup/stew, coconut water, applesauce, bone broth and bananas. It's the BRATY diet gone paleo  The intent is the same, easily digestible food for nausea and stomach upset.

Oh, that looks so good! Chicken salad is one of my big weaknesses. I'd probably eat it every day, were I given the opportunity.

Today a hunk of left over pork roast was turned into Italian Pork Stew.
