It's not as musky as merlot, but not as subtle as a white.

I'd never tried white merlot until I was with someone who preferred it over other wines. It has a quality of fine sweetness that makes it very versatile.Cockyfox said:Add a fruity zing and we're there.
It went really well with Mahi Mahi we had for dinner and doubles as a good dessert wine, IMHO.

cards are remarkably mediocre tonight... some good hands but nothing spectacular.Denae said:Hi EJ! Way to scare the shit out of me! I'm a jumpy kind of gal you know. You're up late though; how's the poker hands tonight?
I finished reconciling my bank statement and I'm pleasantly surprised. I thought I had spent a couple of hundred dollars more, but I had less to deduct than I thought. I don't think that came out right, I knew I hadn't spent more than what I had in the bank. I just hadn't deducted receipts for a week or so and thought I'd spent more than I had, so a toast to me for not wasting money.

Then I have to put together some comments about the book that I read for my book group (Bastard out of Carolina by Dorothy Allison); I'm missing tomorrow's meeting because my husband and I will be attending a wedding.
We need a new one as well. Maybe I can find a good two-for-one deal.EJFan said:try and find me a new recliner will ya?

We'll probably get relatively inexpensive furniture, if/when we get anything at all. The kids are really tough on it.
Yeah, that, and running water.EJFan said:amazing, isn't it?
next thing she'll want from you is to run electricity in the house. damned high maintenance women.
Scalywag said:well, I hope that's not because your ass has no form
