I best not forget that my visit to Home Depot is going to require tie down straps so purchases don't slide about the bed too much.

careful selection is imperative to achieve the most effective restraint system. While rachet type may provide superior hold-down, too much tightening could result in damage to the package.

Well lord knows we don't want to damage the assests.

Did some school clothes shopping, sans kids. It went well, considering that my girls aren't yet picky about what they'll wear.

In a year or two, though. . .

What's an assest? Someone who is the most ass?

This could go one of two ways:

Who has the biggest ass, in which case I would certainly be a front runner.

OR

Who is the biggest ass, in which case, how long of a list do you want?

Either way, it's a size thread. :p

HAHAHA...erm...I have no flipping clue, nor do I have the ability to spell, apparently.

After work, I rented a carpet shampooer (Rug Doctor). Right now, I'm taking a break from shampooing my condo. It's VERY nauseating to see how much dirt came out of my carpets!!!

Right now, finishing noodles with sesame paste. We just got back from seeing World Trade Center.

This is something that I need to do before my book group meets at my house on the 27th. There's ground-in peanut butter and jelly in the living room carpet. And other stuff as well, but I'm not sure what.

I wish the people who owned the house before my husband bought it hadn't put ugly gray carpet in all the rooms. Log homes don't need carpeted floors, anyway.

I have a 3rd floor condo, so I'm required to have the majority of my unit carpeted. Only the Kitchen and 2 baths don't have berber carpeting - ugly gray, no less! I didn't clean the carpeting before I moved in almost 3 years ago, and unfortunately, my dog thinks carpeting is his own personal toilet (hence he's relegated to a bathroom while I'm gone now!)

Judging by what I see so far (and the carpeting isn't dry yet) - I have been AMAZED at how good the carpet looks now! I even made a swipe thru one of the worst stains, and liked what I saw so much that I actually took a picture of it!!!!

I'll be honest, when I first heard the movie was being made, I thought "Why?" "Why would anyone want to make a movie about 9/11." I thought the same thing about "Flight 93".

I thought the movie was very well done and that Nicholas Cage's performance was extraordinary. There was one moment in the movie when I thought that I could not stay and sit through it because it was absolutely heart-wrenching. But, I stayed, and I am very glad that I did.

I just wrote a longer response in my blog, linked under my signature, if you would like to read it. I didn't go into the details of the movie at all because I didn't want to give anything away to anyone who hadn't seen it.

I had this problem with a cat of mine. She stopped using the litter box when she got sick, and then she kept on not using it once she recovered. We ended up having to pull up the carpet in that room and replacing it with a laminate flooring.

I'd love to have hardwood floors throughout our house, but it's so expensive.

very busy week... i'm going to spend tomorrow recovering (that is to say i'm going biking to burn off the crap that i ate and working to catch up on projects i've fallen behind on).

Searching the kitchen for the coffee that WAS here yesterday because she bought it at the grocery story, but apparently it is not here today.

**Someone remind me to not let my husband put up groceries any more. **

[mutters something about tea leaves in the liquor cabinet]
