Women of Lit: A Safe Place To Share

I have another fun one. A guy comments on my story, calling it shitty and a Mary Sue story. I shrug it off because it's not the first comment like that. You see, the story is told from the POV of a cheating woman, and there is a set of guys on here that seem to get really pissed about that kind of thing, even confusing the the author and the character... 🙄

Then in my thread, he posts that he feels sorry for my husband. I agree that sometimes I do too because I can be a lot. He PM's me to ask why I feel sorry for my husband (I have already written about it in my thread). I explain that my mental health issues and poly proclivities can be a lot to deal with. I also call him on his comment on my story and sent him to a thread to show him he used Mary Sue story wrong.

His response was that I'm not worth the time. WTF? What time? One petty story comment, one mean(ish) thread comment, one stupid question via PM... what time did he put in that was not just him being an asshat? 😡🤬😡🤬

I've had similar comments on my stories, where someone said what despicable people we were when I wrote a story about a married FWB and I in a hotel when his wife was away.
What did you think the story was about? Going to the zoo?
 
I just got a request to ask around about certain person, if he had any unethical posts, to check if some disturbing rumours are true. The thing is, the kind of unethicalilty (illegal stuff, minors etc) that was implied, would have gotten him banned if it was public, but there can always be PM's.

And that makes it a bit difficult.

Edit. Never mind, I actually found a post by a moderator referring to deleted creepy posts...
