Hank had a lot of things he was passionate about; chicken being one of them. He loved it fried, roasted, cut up into little squares, it didn't matter. Another passion of his was architecture. He loved the geometry of the shapes and angles of buildings and how they flowed together.

Despite the warning of friends, I actually enjoyed raising donkeys on my farm. They could be quite friendly. My favorite was named Snowflake. When we would show her at the county fair, I always put her purple harness on her, to make her look classy.
