This is fair. And, to be candid, my mist recent comment was aimed at St. Louis style pizza, which makes most frozen pizza seem as good as a good New York slice.

Never heard of St. Louis style pizza but a quick Google search does talk about the crust being unleavened and thin like a cracker. Funny my thought was that that sounded good. Clearly you would disagree, despite it saying that the toppings could be thick because of the crust.

I’m pro pizza.
Northern adriatic style is my go to and my favourite place has a wood oven. It also has looong lines and truly italian organisation.
I’m very uncomplicated though. Good quality cooking makes me happy.

I remember when I was in Italy, being surprised that, when they took the pizza out of the oven, they swirled around a good bit of olive oil on top of it.

1. An abomination

2. Unnatural.

3. Canada's National Shame, cancelling out Insulin, Basketball, the Paint Roller, Standard Time, FM radio and the Wonderbra.

4. Should be illegal.

Have a Canadian instead (bacon, mushrooms and pepperoni).

That's interesting, a Canadian around here is green pepper, mushrooms and pepperoni. I'd rather have bacon.
