I have fallen in love with needle play. It was not always so, had I not been exposed to needles as a sub I would have not embraced them later as Top.

It's just a picture that I spotted elsewhere that I thought might spark a bit of revulsion, fear, and perhaps a bit of conversation.
I should add that I am still pretty damned squeamish about the sight of needles so while play of the sort depicted might appeal as is to some people, I am not among those some people.

"What I'm calling male infibulation has also been described in "THE ENCYCLOPAEDIA OF UNUSUAL SEXUAL PRACTICES" as "Pseudocastration". This is a temporary mod that involves inverting the male genitalia into the abdomen, then folding the skin and taping, gluing or suturing the edges of skin together. The result is a vicarious experience of total nullification. You are unable to see, feel, or touch your genitals. Nor is anyone else. The area around the penile shaft and the scrotum should be shaved. First, the foreskin is pulled as far forward as possible (I'm assuming cut guys can pull their shaftskin forward enough) then the body of the penis is gently pressed into the fatty tissue in front of the pubic bone. The folds of skin are arranged in a verticle fashion to form a vagina-like slit. A piece of surgical tape near the scrotum will hold the skin in place for the next step. A thin bead of superglue along one "lip", then pressing the edges of skin together, holding the edges together for at least a minute. A second "caulking" layer is flowed on and given several minutes to dry. Next, the testicles are pushed up into the abdomen as far as possible, the folds fastened together as above, so as to hold the testicles in place. Finally, the temporary piece of surgical tape is removed and replaced by more glue.
Urinary flow is maintained by leaving a small unglued area at the base of the scrotum.
The arrangement can be left in place for many hours, even overnight, and is very rugged, although it can be easily reversed by pulling the "lips" apart slowly but firmly."
