Day 4: A Song by a Band You'd Really Like to See Live

I hadn't really decided who to pick until I saw @cocokittysurprise's post then @Cjbdd's solidified my decision 🤣 Like, duh, I should've thought of them already!
Depeche Mode - Wrong
They are one of my Holy Grail groups to see live. I've been lucky enough to have seen most of the groups/acts on my list (I've been to over 100 concerts/festivals), but they are one of the few that I haven't seen yet.

Nice! I haven't been to nearly that many 🥲 I was just checking on Ticketmaster and unfortunately no upcoming dates. I'd absolutely love to see them but I might need a tranquilizer so I don't go full fangirl 🤣

Oh, they'd have to tranq me up for sure. I'd be like those folks that would pass out at the Michael Jackson concerts, just sweaty, and possibly a bit dehydrated from all the happy crying. Just generally a mess 🤣

Day 4: A song by a band you’d really like to see live

Wouldn't list them as a favorite band or anything. Don’t know more than the radio hits. But I have repeatedly heard them listed as a band that puts on a really amazing show.

Muse - Starlight

100% - They are one of the best experiences live...completely immersive and, for me, set a high bar for "big" concerts.

Day 4: A Song by a Band You'd Really Like to See Live

I have been to hundreds of shows since my teenage years. Anywhere from VFW halls to giant festivals and stadiums.
I’m knocking two bands off my bucket list in September: Supergrass and X (although I did see them in the 90s, but this is their last hurrah)

I saw Ray Davies many years ago doing a solo thing, but it wasn’t the same…

The Kinks - Picture Book

Day 4: A song by a band you’d really like to see live

I almost posted earlier but seeing all these folks raising the dead, I wondered if I could bring an artist back to life. I decided that was a different prompt and came back to post my earlier selection. Then I saw 3 Depeche Modes in a row. Who am I to break the streak? I've heard great things. I missed an opportunity about 35 years ago.
I once stole this song title for the name of a mix tape I made for someone.

Depeche Mode - Blasphemous Rumors

Day 4: A song by a band you'd really love to see live
Midnight Blue -Electric Light Orchestra

I've wanted to see ELO ever since I was a teenager, so imagine the depths of sadness I felt when I heard many, many years ago that they were here in NZ. Circumstances at the time prevented me from going to the concert. If I was able to go back in time and redo something, THAT would be it🤔

Day 5: Band

Uh, so I think like many the same as yesterday? Didn't realize we'd have this option today! So I'll go with these guys, got some George Harrison there and Roy. Plus this song was covered by an uber Canadian alternative band.

Tweeter and the Monkey Man - Traveling Wilburys
