The better I feel, physically and mentally, the hornier I am. Exercising regularly and eating well increases my libido. Feeling confident and desired does as well. Feeling anxious and/or depressed does not. I'm especially frisky in the spring and autumn... something about going from more extreme conditions (less daylight, bitter cold, high heat and humidity) to milder weather significantly increases my sex drive.02.25.25
