Yes, many.Yeah. In England it’s the norm. Though interestingly tipping is now much more common. And it varies by area.
I once had a truly awful meal/indifferent service in LA and didn’t tip. The chef came out and shouted at me!
I suspect Brits have a bad reputation in many countries. Though tbh honest these days there’s no excuse for not being aware of the tipping culture of the country you are visiting.
