I wish I liked poutine. Maybe I just haven't had a delicious version of it. I'm not a huge fan of gravy I guess.

No, I can't say gravy on fries sounds quite right. Well, now maybe some redeye gravy. About the only thing I like gravy on is biscuits and even then it's going to either be sausage gravy or redeye gravy. Still, I'll try poutine if I ever get to.

Generally I've seen a country gravy style in poutine
Then again, mayo is the typical condiment served with fries in the parts of Canada where I have spent time.

All this talk of fries and gravy...I’ll order my chicken fried steak with fries instead of hash browns...dip my fries in the sausage gravy.

Y'all are making me hungry. And I just ate. It was shrimp tacos. They were good, but let's talk about.....deep fried jalapeno strips! Too spicy? (Hahaa😈) How about deep fried pickle chips? Out of This world!

I like my jalapeños stuffed, wrapped with bacon, and air fried. But, I could go for some deep fried pickles!
 
So, next Lit-together, we gotta make a list of must haves....

Tots, biscuits, pickles, rings, jalapenos, fries of all sorts....I think Mo might be right, sounds like bar food
