Down here we literally get a two week spring and then the gates to he'll open and unleash mosquitoes and hurricanes.

My friends in Texas hibernate in the summer the way northerners often do in the winter. It’s literally too hot to want to move or go outside

I absolutely summer hibernate. Mostly out of necessity. Last summer it was something like 6 straight weeks of 115 degree heat. It got rough.

No, I shamelessly kill pollinator mosquitos and don’t lose a wink of sleep over it

It doesn’t kill bees, isn’t toxic, nor mildly pollutes the environment like Deet does, so I figure it balances out.
