Of these, I've had sweet potato pancakes, but I wouldn't have considered them to be savory pancakes. Sweet potato bread is easily found around here. As for the others and what you encounter in the UK. Well, I suspect that there are regional restaurants that might offer them and households who cook and consume them. But they're not common here in my experience.

ETA:

Alpine, once you get your real, authentic NY pizza you should swing over to Lancaster, Pennsylvania and have some Amish breakfast.

They make pancakes that will change your perception of reality.

Also believe me when I say I know bad food - UK pubs and German 'cuisine' have sharpened what bland truly is.
