Autumn.. the season to eat well.. (okay, that might go for all seasons! )

Well, some seasons are a bit more challenging regarding fresh ingredients. But late summer and autumn are easy!

Summer got the tomatoes, new potatoes (I swear, that was not a pun! ), Cherries, peas, carrots..

Autumn is just a veritable "tag-selv-bord" of goodness abundant!

Winter.. ugh.. kale.. the kale and other cabbages grow until the first frost.
After that.. it is wellstored veggies, or imported fresh veggies.

Spring.. kinda nothing... Well, the first salad maybe?

But the best, most hearty and filling food - that would be summer and autumn.

Drones and hostile airplanes (that we helped Estonia chase away) are no fun at all!

I agree on everything except the temperature. I like the cooler temperatures but the fluctuations between early morning and the afternoon is a bit annoying. 4°C going to work and 18°C coming home makes it hard to dress. Freeze in the morning or sweat in the afternoon? But yea, that is a small problem. Just a bit annoying.

Yeah... The temperatures fluctuates a bit too much still, but for now that actually works in my favour: drying bed linen outside is the best after all!!

And yeah!! You helped Estonia.. Now if we could make these drones disappear?

But until then, I am going to enjoy this uncharacteristically beautiful autumn weather... And my sauna!!
