I hate working on employee reviews. Anyone in HR out there that can help me make some stuff sound positive?
For average or mediocre employees:

Jeremy demonstrates reliability in completing tasks on time and meeting expectations. His consistency contributes to the steady progress of his projects and reflects a satisfactory level of performance.

For new or genuinely improving employees:

Helena approaches her role with dedication and a willingness to grow. She responds to feedback with a proactive mindset, using it to strengthen her contributions. We’re committed to supporting her continued development in key areas such as X, Y, and Z.

For employees who… aren’t quite there yet:

Taylor brings a unique perspective to the team and maintains a commendable work-life balance. There’s room for growth in areas such as X, Y, and Z, and we encourage engagement with the available support [resources] to aid in that progress.
