Weird coincidence, my tricep has bothered me since doing skull crushers yesterday.I think I slightly tore my bicep. It didn't hurt the day of, but the pain came the next day when I was setting up the bar for my skull crushers.
This week's moot, but hoping to push on next week and up my chest weights. 80lbs a dumbbell, I hope while setting up into position, it doesn't injure my bicep again.

On a side note I might have to stop upping my weights because my dress shirts don't fit anymore. So an early cutting phase might be in the cards for me since I don't want to buy new custom shirts or suits, lol.

Wow! Good for you, Odette!I opted for a massage over working out yesterday, and it was needed. Feeling extra bendy today Tonight I'm doing yoga, I'm starting to try and straighten one leg in crow position now that I can hold crow. The pushup challenge is helping my upper body strength.
I'm also proud of myself for losing the 10 pounds that I gained over Christmas. Yay!
