Treadmill. I may go back while kid has indoor soccer. Get some conditioning in if I’m not too busy taking thousands of pics.
 
I think I slightly tore my bicep. It didn't hurt the day of, but the pain came the next day when I was setting up the bar for my skull crushers.

This week's moot, but hoping to push on next week and up my chest weights. 80lbs a dumbbell, I hope while setting up into position, it doesn't injure my bicep again.

Weird coincidence, my tricep has bothered me since doing skull crushers yesterday.

Sorry to hear that and hopefully some rest will do you good! I've been trying not to lift for my injured arm...

On a side note I might have to stop upping my weights because my dress shirts don't fit anymore. So an early cutting phase might be in the cards for me since I don't want to buy new custom shirts or suits, lol.

Oh…I don’t have that problem over here with my 10 lb dumbbells

So i have to drop my weights too cause im getting so toned i have to shop for all new clothes 2 sizes smaller...

Edit to say its cardio day. Bike while watching The Climb on hbo. Now i want to rock climb.
 
I opted for a massage over working out yesterday, and it was needed. Feeling extra bendy today 🙃 Tonight I'm doing yoga, I'm starting to try and straighten one leg in crow position now that I can hold crow. The pushup challenge is helping my upper body strength.

I'm also proud of myself for losing the 10 pounds that I gained over Christmas. Yay!

been truly kicking ass in the gym. I fit into jeans (not just pants, JEANS!) from a much smaller version of me last weekend - with room to spare. I'm trying to get in what I can before the next phase of treatment begins because I don't know how much I'll be able to do if I get back skin reactions from radiation. But, we'll find out. My trainer is REALLY having me do heavier weights. I'm planning on getting a walking pad for those boring work from home calls so I can add more light cardio in.
