Lifted. Did 15 minutes of cardio to warm up instead of stretching. Probably not the best idea. I also may have hurt my mouse wrist moving lifting equipment around.
 
I like this thread. A friend of mine here, told me about it.

Yesterday was one hour of elliptical.

Today Iโ€™m doing a 20 minute yoga routine. Iโ€™ve never done yoga til recently went to physical therapist. Give me some good yoga, stretching, and breathing exercises.

I really like yoga with Adrienne, we do it together on tuesdays and one day over the weekend.
 
Treadmill and stretching. Needed to get something in before going to a Basketball game and boozing up on a Pub Crawl
