Yoga this evening and 55 pushups for the 100 challenge. Next round goes up to 63. Today was really tough but I'm pressing on.
I am so seriously impressed with your pushups. I did 25 yesterday and thought of you! :)

I had planned on running this morning, but my body is just not waking up the way I'd like. I am not feeling it. I may make today a rest day. Do any of you guys ever feel like that, too?

Rocked out a hammy, chest and bicep workout yesterday. Afterwards, I looked back on the workout and realized that I ended up doing 68 pushups in total. Thought about your progress and I totally know how you're feeling the day after too! ๐Ÿคฃ

Wrapped up a nice morning lifting routine. Hopefully tonight after work Iโ€™ll have some time to use the stairs at the gym.
 
So, I've been doing pretty well the last couple weeks.
M cardio
T Legs
W cardio
R arms
F either cardio or yoga
weekend: do something active.
I've only missed one day in the last couple weeks (and was doing OK before that through the holidays).
Need to work on the "weekend" thing.
 
Treadmill and a ton of stretching.

Last night I asked my husband to rub my hamstring and it did not go well. I canโ€™t even stand to have it touched. ๐Ÿ’”
 
There is a peloton in my basement, will ride over lunch and do a core workout.
