1 in 4 Americans think the Sun goes around the Earth. Does it matter?

SHOW ME HOW YOU KNOW THEY HAVE STRONGER TEACHER UNIONS OR ARE MORE LIBERAL?

Jesus Christ, get a clue.

Vette, seriously? Like, seriously? You saw the list, right? You'd really rather defend the position that Canada/UK/Belgium/Switzerland/France are more conservative than the US (and uh, yes, they have teachers' unions) than admit you said something completely illogical?

I mean, if you want to, go for it. But it's not going to end well for you.

And Estonia don’t forget Estonia.

It’s hard to imagine what pleasure he gets out of making himself look like a complete idiot on here; daily.

It can only be some bizarre form of self-flagellation to beat out the gay or something.

Woof!

I think a more parsimonious hypothesis here would be the Dunning-Kruger effect.

Dunning and Kruger properly proved its existence in their seminal, 2000 Ig Nobel Prize winning[5] paper "Unskilled and Unaware of It,"[6] doubtless at great risk to personal sanity.

They were famously inspired by McArthur Wheeler, a Pittsburgh man who attempted to rob a bank while his face was covered in lemon juice. Wheeler had learned that lemon juice could be used as "invisible ink" (that is, the old childhood experiment of making the juice appear when heated); he therefore got the idea that unheated lemon juice would render his facial features unrecognizable or "invisible."

After he was effortlessly caught (as he made no other attempts to conceal himself during the robberies), he was presented with video surveillance footage of him robbing the banks in question, fully recognizable. At this, he expressed apparently sincere surprise and lack of understanding as to why his plan did not work - he was not competent enough to see the logical gaps in his thinking and plan.[7]

Yes, one can definitely see vette doing something of the kind . . .
