When it comes to lives saved with a gun, to you apparently it doesn't.Could have been 20. Could have been 21... 22... 23?
Or do the lives saved not matter?

The lives taken wouldn't have happened without a gun. You've got to be fucking with us - no one is this gottdamn stupid.Could have been 20. Could have been 21... 22... 23?

Bad things happen. It's good when those bad things are stopped before they get worse. When it comes to lives saved with a gun, to you apparently it doesn't.
Here's the problem; the Left can't stop blaming an inanimate object for doing what it was designed to do.Let the record show that you are the one who can't say firearm. He had a gun, and was killed by a gun.
Kill humans? I'm glad you agree that they are unfit for a civilized society. Here's the problem; the Left can't stop blaming an inanimate object for doing what it was designed to do.
Well said! Here's the problem; the Left can't stop blaming an inanimate object for doing what it was designed to do.
The gun isn't the problem. The failures here were all human in nature. From the people who knew the shooter was crazy and did nothing, to the gov which holds itself out as all seeing/all knowing which did nothing, to the security guard who did nothing, to the DPS guy who told the police to do nothing, to the police officers who did nothing, to the PARENT who did nothing about her murderer and still refuses to see that she raised a lunatic, and finally to the empty heads who will talk a lot about gun control and still do nothing to stop the killer before the next one decides to go on a murder spree.
Because it's not about the gun, it's about all those people in the chain of failures who can't face the fact that it is with themselves where the real problem lies.
When you raise a murderer and refuse to see it; when you are informed someone has violent tendencies and refuse to see it; when you put yourself between the violent and the means to do violence and refuse to prevent the violent from getting unfettered access; when you know for a fact that violence is being done and you order those tasked with protecting the innocent to stand down; when you're one of those so tasked to protect innocents and follow your orders to stand down; when you see/hear all of this going on while you also hear the gunshots, and do nothing; it's YOUR FAULT that the guy with a gun killed those kids.
Thats not the problem. The problem is that an inanimate object with the capability of killing large numbers of people in a short amount of time are getting into the hands of people who wish to kill large numbers of people in a short amount of time. Here's the problem; the Left can't stop blaming an inanimate object for doing what it was designed to do.

Try going to any state in the country and purchasing an automatic weapon. Let us know how that goes.the rates of mass shootings dropped when the ban on automatic weapons and bump stock and (if i recall rightly) limits to ammo purchases. when this ban expired it was not renewed and things got worse again.
guess who won't vote for automatic weapon bans?
I'd be fine if they banned just the AR-15. Everyone buy some hand guns, just not the gun that everyone uses to kill lots of people randomly without any experience or training.the rates of mass shootings dropped when the ban on automatic weapons and bump stock and (if i recall rightly) limits to ammo purchases. when this ban expired it was not renewed and things got worse again.

jennindixieI think we've discovered the username of Greg "could've been worse!" Abbott.
Like airplanes?Thats not the problem. The problem is that an inanimate object with the capability of killing large numbers of people in a short amount of time are getting into the hands of people who wish to kill large numbers of people in a short amount of time.
So what is it about the AR15 that makes it so much more dangerous? Is it the caliber? The color? The pistol grip? What?I'd be fine if they banned just the AR-15. Everyone buy some hand guns, just not the gun that everyone uses to kill lots of people randomly without any experience or training.
Not sure. I guess you'd have to ask the large number of people who have used it to kill a large number of people at once, multiple times a year.So what is it about the AR15 that makes it so much more dangerous? Is it the caliber? The color? The pistol grip? What?
Lol. Handguns make up the largest number of weapons used in shootings, not the AR platform. Next most frequent weapon for killing are knives. Not sure. I guess you'd have to ask the large number of people who have used it to kill a large number of people at once, multiple times a year.
I'm assuming they chose that particular weapon for a specific reason.
So mass shooters don't have any reason to choose an AR-15. Got it. Then why do they? Just random chance, I guess.Lol. Handguns make up the largest number of weapons used in shootings, not the AR platform. Next most frequent weapon for killing are knives.
The AR platform gets a bad rap because stupid imbeciles are afraid of them because they're told to be afraid of them. They call them "machine guns" and "weapons of war" as if a small caliber semi-auto rifle is more dangerous than a large caliber bolt action rifle capable of hitting a target at half a mile. As if a "weapon of war" which is supposed to WOUND on the battlefield, because it takes more manpower to care for a wounded soldier than a dead one, is somehow more lethal because there's a scary label stuck on it by an ignorant media siding with government buffoons.
If the ignorant control the narratives you believe in and support, what does that make you?
Same reason gang members prefer Glocks. So mass shooters don't have any reason to choose an AR-15. Got it. Then why do they? Just random chance, I guess.
I'm sure that the same number of people are killed per event, with knives, as they are with AR-15s
But gang members have a different motive, I would guess.Same reason gang members prefer Glocks.
