this is the point about loopholes. doting relatives can buy 10-year old johnny a high capacity assault weapon for his birthday. This is the disconnect between johnny being taught to respect a simple rifle used to keep down rabbits and bag squirrels/quail for food and a kid being in possession of a killing machine with no training, no ethical guidance. Legal weed is cheaper. Before it was legal I would sometimes pay 200 for an ounce, now I get it from the pot store for 100.
