2023 Valentine's contest story ideas thread

a V-Day riff on my 2004 Halloween tale Happy Fucking Halloween, called "Happy Fucking Valentines Day" - two sisters @ a frat party - one dating the frat boy, the other the virgin dragged along.
HFH featured a prof dressed as a cupid- maybe that could help?

Our MC is a cupid with poor aim and selection sent back for retraining. The graduation exam at Stupid Cupid school is to appear on V Day in a bar full of "losers", find the best pairing, and stick them both with arrows... does our cherub pass or fail hilariously?

at the office there is a bowl of cinnamon hearts...what if someone (or Cupid) mixes in the ones that are spiked to make the females instantly rip their clothes off?
sure the first couple might run to the ladies room in shame but soon one would say "like what you see boys?"

Another night I had this little fantasy, where a girl goes into ladies room and... whatever she strips off she can't pull back on, and strips naked in her confusion, she have to, in her mind, with no discernible reason. Another girl comes in, sees the naked girl in distress. And start to offer her her own clothes to wear, all of them. The first girl refuses to wear any, and the second girl won't either. Now the two naked girls have to figure out what's going on, and will have to go out of there at some point. Perhaps a third woman comes in and all but order them out, unaffected by whatever spell hit them, but unnaturally indifferent to the nudity of the two. Could be a boss of one or both of them in the office scenario.

Unfortunately, I don't actually know what Valentine's day is. Only have heard second hand it's a thing, but what's it all about, the guess constructed from information obtained by social osmosis is rather vague. There's been efforts to introduce it here, but it's at best on the level of commercial mockery.

Two competing cupids? Tainted candy, tainted arrows. I don't know what the goal may have been, what they compete over, and on whom exactly. Or perhaps it's just a screwup by overdoing.

Anne may have had too many of the stripping candies. Like, nearly overdosed on them, thus she's very conscious that she now have to be naked no matter what and can't hide, and SHOULD do things she never imagined doing (although those are all her own too well hidden fantasies), and very afraid by that incomprehensible clarity, as she had been terminally shy till now.

Becky, she may have had one or two, but also struck with an arrow for Anne, although she's probably not into girls -- till now, and other than Anne anyway. She strips for no other reason than to help Anne, her own nudity is unimportant collateral. And she's very comfortable in her skin as it is, and now especially since thinking she's giving Anne a role model and confidence by being her companion in nudity.

Ruth may have nibbled on the stripping candy, but being strong willed boss woman and total prude till now, the effect on her is minimal and different -- she would rather strip someone else, for a start at least. Thus the two nude girls don't shock her now, not at all, it's the expected entertainment.

Sure, it's unlikely we make this to be girls only night, the guys left in the lounge at the coffee table will get to be involved. And Ruth is sure whomever her pairing(s) are, will enjoy the show she's just found.

The other office women get into action too, perhaps. Anne didn't ate all the candy herself, others still got same. The sight of Ruth ushering those two nudies back into the socium may then trigger them. Perhaps not to outright strip right away, but to get loose and start flirting, flashing, then escalate, until they basically get guys to strip them, with all the expected developments after that.

Anne perhaps had got an arrow for someone, and either not for Becky, but someone else, or rather, both for Becky and someone. If we have two cupids playing, next to each and every one here has at least two arrows. Not necessarily all nicely paired up, there could be all kinds of loops. Plus existing and previous relationships. Thus the uninhibitation candy, to push things faster, also doubled up either in dosage or quantity. And poor Anne now HAVE to dance for everyone, Becky leading cheers for her, and the guy Anne has ben set upon has no chance to run, either, she will make him part of the spectacle sooner than later.

Competing Cupids is a great title, and could support a wide range of motivations. Promotion? A better place for the off-season? A better diaper? A better bow?

Interesting, since another cupid might or be the only creature a cupid can't make to be lovestruck with someone, in this case, themselves. Or the other obvious possibility, a cupid can make anyone lovestruck with anyone, except themselves. In either case cupid love can't be helped by cupid toolset.

Then, what's the cupid lifecycle is anyway?

Are they like, a mammalian species who do the nasty between themselves in certain combos and then push out or split off the offspring? Or magic creatures summoned, creating or distilled, from a source or some precursor material or outer dimension? Or do they have some innate parasitic/symbiotic relationship with humans and rely on that for reproduction/creation? So, is a "working" cupid all there is, or is it a life stage, with or without metamorphose, gradual or dramatic?
