A Gallery: Delights & Splendors of Cascadia

It is indeed still a beautiful world in so many places and in so many ways. Today is an important day to be reminded of this. In Tacoma for a conference and the sky is clear and the mountain is out in all her glory.
There is a saying around here...
"Live like the Mountain is out"

I'll be back to post a glorious picture of Tahoma (Mt Rainier) when I can ❤️
On a clear day. I can see the very top of Rainier.

Thanks Sassy. I have been there, but pre Covid. The interior is well preserved and worth a visit
We've gone near it, but only drove through the park. We were running out of time. We have to go to Aquarium Village every time we are down that way and get pictures of the Bridge.

I'll have to see if I can find some of my personal pics of Yaquina Lighthouse. We had a great interpreter in period dress last time we were there

Maidenhair fern, a cascadia native. I think it is the most beautiful fern. It is fully deciduous and has beautiful upright black stems
