I have been looking for almost 2 years… Job matching from app to job can take a month or more…

I now waiting sucks but “Good things come to those who are patient“ or you could go to the HR manager beat on his desk until he hires….

I would say the first option is your best choice…

were "we'll take your resume but right now there are no
jobs available in this dept, etc. etc. etc.".........this job
market and economy really sucks I tell ya!

I know I am trying to be patient, and while this economy
and job market really stinks like yesterday's diapers, with
the things happening around where I work I need to get
the fudge out of there as soon as I can......I set my goal
to get out of there by the end of this year or beginning of
next year at some point......and 2002 is ending very
shortly next month..........

Hey mamacita! Ya know, I share the same emotion about the job market and economy. The engineering company i worked for moved and went to mexico and left all it's employees high and dry. I'm an electrical engineering assistant. And right now in that field no one's building. So that leaves me jobless. It's been 4 months already. I've applied at numerous places, it's not easy out there. But i'm hanging in there. I hope you do too
It'll get better TJ.
