That's just the facts of the matter. This is why Red STates are more dangerous than blue. Any good machine shop can make firearms. It doesn't take a large gun manufacturer. In fact many hobbyist gun owners make their own guns.

Saying the word armor piercing over and over does not define it. I asked you to define Armor piercing bullets.

Most high powered rifle rounds will penetrate bullet proof vests that don't have the additional ceramic plates in them. Most bullet proof vests were designed to stop pistol rounds, NOT rifle rounds. So in fact the 5.56 mm standard rifle round will penetrate a bullet proof vest without the additional plates added. Does that make it armor piercing? NO, it does not.
