As for man and woman, it takes two to create life and both are responsible. If a husband and wife divorce, the couple are both held responsible for the financial and caring of the child. That is the way it should be. Just because a couple is not married does not change that responsibility. The laws need to be enforced and both should be held equal responsible for any child they create. Now a days no man or woman is so uneducated to not know how a child is created.

There are situations where a child is legally aborted if the operation is done within a given widow of development. All states recognize rape and incest as two of those and there may be others as underage added to the list. A court order and doctors medical release will be made and the operation carried out for the sake of the mother.

But for organizations such as Plan Parent Hood that deal in death and not health they should not be given any legal right to perform such operations.

For those so called women who cry out "our bodies" then why did you get pregnant in the first place. You are responsible for your body. Protect it.

A lot of liberal Planned Parenthood supporters here on this forum have explained to me that Margaret Sanger NEVER actually knew that the Ku Kux Klan was a racist organization when she agreed to speak at their rallies. It was the Republican administration (GOP Governor and GOP legislature) who appointed an emergency manager for the City of Flint. The decisions were made by those folks, not the democratically elected representatives. There has been much legal discovery and evidence since that 2016 article you cite, which much better explains who-did-what-to-whom.

There is also a great book by Dr. Mona-Hana Attisha (the pediatrician who discovered the lead poisoning in Flint children) that has details from the beginning. The book: "What They Eyes Don't See." Whatever your political persuasion, it is an absolute tragedy for thousands of children in Michigan. I worked with these people and had a very up-close-and-personal view.

In exchange for their "winning" that election, they allowed Reconstruction to come to an end decades earlier than it should have. Not to mention that when they started running openly against civil rights in 1964, their candidate carried five Southern states when they hadn't even been competitive there since the Civil War.

As for the "southern strategy," Jimmy Carter (a Democrat) swept the south as late as 1976 - THAT was the last gasp of the southern segregationists. By 1980, Ronald Reagan had transformed the Amercian south into what it is today: prosperous, growing, & Democrat-free!
