You know, over the last few months, I've watched new people come in and be accepted with open arms and ushered right into the different groups (yes we all know they do exist to a certain degree). Then I wonder, what is it that they did that I didn't?

I've been here for over a year now and pretty much no one (with maybe one exception) notices if I am here or not.
