Why did you told the whole truth about your friends at the CdF
and your enemies, if you didn´t do that, i´ll do it at the General Board.

Cause i like to speak truth.

Also i dont have any Enemies, cause i never declared War to anyone here.

You can feel free to post at the General Board.

Peter

Europe is different. In Europe, government regulates what people can say. They can go to jail for saying things.
You can say almost every thing, without gitting in jail for it. The only thing is by historical context, that in germany you are not allowed to spread extensiv hate between races or religions in public media. But to my knowlege, nowone realy goes to jail by doing so.
Remember:
There are only 75 prisoners in Germany per 100000 people. In the US, there are about 700. So the chances of getting inprisoned in Germany are much less, than in den United States.

Then I really wonder why guys like you post in an American board. Could you name me a single website in/from Germany which is comparable to Literotica? Certainly you can't. And if you like the german way so much why you don't take yourself and your buddy P_C back to DE and stay there?

Hi,

I agree with you again.

You don`t need government to regulate differences between people.
They can talk to each other and they can sort things out.

To regulate things too much is a typical german disease!

Ps.: I hope, you understand me? It`s a long time ago, I´ve written in English Language.
Yes, your English is very good, and I understand it perfectly.

This is a thing we do struggle with, in America, because there really is no one racial type here. This is a country made up of... just people from everywhere. Actually, Germans are the second largest minority, after English.

But, away from race, which is a fictional concept anyway, the United States was founded upon the idea that people could govern themselves. And, as Jefferson said, "The general spread of the light of science has already laid open to every view the palpable truth, that the mass of mankind has not been born with saddles on their backs, nor a favored few booted and spurred, ready to ride them legitimately, by the grace of God."

And that concept is what we fight for, always.

Actually the fundamental idea of free speech is existing in Germany as well.
I'm actually not entirely convinced of that because of the bombings of Hamburg and Dresden, but okay...

But many people have a strong desire to regulate all and everything. This is the real German specific behavior. Some Germans seem to need these rules and can't live without them. They use them like handrails to pull themselves through the uncertainties of their life
Yes. My ex married a German and moved there. She was American, and she hates it there.

The situation in Germann Lit you can't compare with government. A government is in the US as well as in Germany elected. People decided to give one or more individuals the responsibilities about something.

But the German mod did neither ask the German community if they need a role like a moderator before he applied for this mod position nor did he have the votes of us. He came and just conquered this position. Up to this point I guess majority (inclusive myself) could live with the situation.

Unfortunately he enrolled with his first post the German style I mentioned above. He introduced immediately new rules and believe me, he says literally he decides what's acceptable and what not. Effectively this guy is now controlling opinions here. And this has nothing to do with activities of a government. This is simply dictatorship.
Oh, hell.

Hitler rises from the grave.

The result of his presence here is now that one fraction expanded it's meaningless posting style (permanently chatting without really talking about content) - protected by the new mod - to all German parts of the forum. The second fraction, who have been mainly authors of sex stories and unfortunately definitely not willing to accept the new mods rules, tries now to fight and beat him.
That is just not acceptable.

Effectively no one is talking about the purpose of this board anymore. Writing and sex stories doesn't matter here at all. It's just argue or empty chat. Nothing else. Nothing in between.
Okay.

First, let's jam: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6usKb646iCU

Okay. So.

German is a hard language for an American to hear.

It sounds like Arabic. And almost as if someone were about to stab you with a knife or something.

Not to mean offense, but it is rather gutteral.

You might say, "I love you" and it would sound hostile.

Hi,
thanks for your compliments.
I`m glad, that you understand my English.

I also agree with the words of Jefferson.

In Germany sometimes we have a negative mood against the United States of America.

Okay, there was "Vietnam", "Chile" (Pinochet), and so on...

But sometimes we forget the great values of this Nation:
Freedom, Pursuit of Happiness, and so on...
And one of the most important values: "Free Speech."

The History of Germany and the USA is very different.
The USA is a Nation of Immigrants.
The USA is a successful "Melting Point."

And I think, the differences between USA and Germany what means "Free Speech" you can see in the German Board of "LIT".

"Byron", have a nice time.

No worries. It's great.

Without him this system of government would not have survived.

In Germany sometimes we have a negative mood against the United States of America.
That's understandable. Particularly today.

Okay, there was "Vietnam"
That was so awful... I swear, it split this country apart. We're stemming the tide of Communism? Are you fucking kidding me?

And where to go?

Run to Canada, leave your family and friends behind, or go to Vietnam.

My uncle went to Vietnam.

He served there.

When he came home, he shot himself.

, "Chile" (Pinochet), and so on...
Regrettable.

But sometimes we forget the great values of this Nation:
Freedom, Pursuit of Happiness, and so on...
And one of the most important values: "Free Speech."
Most important. When speech is restricted, that's the beginning of the end.

The most un-American thing you can say is, "you can't say that!"

The History of Germany and the USA is very different.
The USA is a Nation of Immigrants.
The USA is a successful "Melting Point."
Yes, different historically. But perhaps not so different in philosophy. Germans, like all people, want to be free.

This stands to reason.

And I think, the differences between USA and Germany what means "Free Speech" you can see in the German Board of "LIT".

"Byron", have a nice time.

"Rosi" (Johannes)
Okay... well, I do object to some of Germany's restrictions on speech. There ought to be none. But, given the history, and the fact that only madmen would violate them, a pass.

Here is what you should do:

Go to the General Board.

Post in German there. Everything that gets kicked gets kicked there. Nobody will boot you from there!

There's nothing anyone can do about it.

Na nun übertreib mal nicht PB,der ist ja nicht tot. Der hat hier im Forum vorhin noch einen charmanten Thread eröffnet.

he always does. be very careful.

If he really does he is in most perfect company here. This is Literotica. We have everything here in the german portion of the forum. There are "authors" still struggling with synonyms, ladies with buddies having impressive dicks (the guy with the dick is not posting here, but the lady does on his behalf). Eventually ... this is the latest achievement here ... we are now allowed to fake our age. It's officially supported by our new moderator.

All this craziness is common sense now and that's why Byron would fit perfectly into this community!

Greetings

Dusty
