dudly, I already answered your question. And threw in a bonus answer too.
It's not my fault you can't keep up with the rest of the class.
Don't talk down to me, birther boy.
The BuzzFeed story on Jan. 17 began, "President Donald Trump directed his longtime attorney Michael Cohen to lie to Congress about negotiations to build a Trump Tower in Moscow, according to two federal law enforcement officials involved in an investigation of the matter."
But, while Mueller acknowledged there was evidence that Trump knew Cohen had provided Congress with false testimony about the Russian business venture, "the evidence available to us does not establish that the President directed or aided Cohen's false testimony."
In Mueller's report, it says that when Cohen was working on his statement to congressional investigators, which he provided in late 2017, the attorney "had extensive discussions with the President's personal counsel, who, according to Cohen, said that Cohen should not contradict the President and should keep the statement short and 'tight.'"
There is still some bullshit to be found.. Whether your opinion is incontrovertible, remains to be seen.
I should have left out my warning about collusion... you would have used that.
It might be of help to Dudly to know that a prosecutor does not exonerate anyone, only a jury can do that. This is a unique report delivered by a team of prosecutors. It hasn't been adjudicated in a court of law, reviewed by a judge, heard by a Jury, nor has any of it been subject to cross examination by competent defense counsel. It's a one sided report no US attorney could ever get away with.
So 2 things have come out of your elucidation today:
1. You talked to your mom.
2. You acknowledged that the Mueller report proved that some of the things that have been widely said about Trump aren't true.
Congratulations. It's amazing what paying attention can do for you.

My mom passed away. But hey, you keep on banging that drum like the moron you are.
The full report has not been witnessed by anyone other than a handpicked AG and his assistant.
The president HAS NOT BEEN EXONERATED. With all the things he could be, having one or two doesn't mean a whole helluva lot.
Again, you're a birther. Enuff said.
No one said you couldn't talk to your mom even though she's passed. People do it all the time.
The rest is merely spittle and spite and not worthy of further response.
No it isn't. Quit parroting nonsense.
That stuff is just something that dems say every election cycle to scare people of color to the poles. They have nothing to offer but fear itself.

You got nuthin much. Which is to be expected.
You're still a fuckin moron.. and it was you that brought trump into this.

Well, in this regard, the fact that the Mueller report disposed of more than a few of the MSM talking points by saying "no evidence..." is an exoneration.
I mean, if there's "no evidence' then there's "no evidence". To say that there is, in the face of that conclusion, is ludicrous.
When someone makes a claim, which after investigation there is no evidence to support, that's an exoneration because it shows the claim to be false.
My point is, in the legal sense the job of a prosecutor is to indict or not indict which is based on evidence revealed by investigation. If said evidence isn't available, or evidence sufficient to convince a Jury of guilt is absent, the target is not indicted.
Mueller however went further. He inserted politically provocative language into the report suggesting that despite all of his efforts and those of his investigators there may have been some elusive evidence of obstruction he couldn't find and left it up to the AG to sort out...which he did. So, in my opinion the AG acting from within the authority and discretion given him by the regulation, exonerated the President of obstruction of justice. To me and others this was a political calculation by Mueller to create a path to impeachment he had no business acting upon.
more details leaking out about the shooter.
He broadcast his shooting on Facebook Live but screwed up and set the broadcast audience setting to "private", so nobody but him got to witness his carnage. D'OH!
Apparently his firearm malfunctioned too during the shooting.
People were lucky with such a clown. This time.
It will happen again... and again...and again...and again... because the right wing believes this a right
"[W]hile this report does not conclude that the President committed a crime, it also does not exonerate him," reads Barr's letter to Congress, quoting Mueller directly.
Shall we keep trying to spin the report, or do its own words not matter?

Dribble is a piece of shit, another one of those with a false sense of moral highground and hidden agendas. The right wing doesn't believe mass shootings are a right.

The hatred was this bad 20yrs ago. The only difference is the internet allows the acts to be known quicker and helps insane people find other insane people easier. Like the rwcj club here on lit.
