Another synagogue shooting

Has another administration under investigation like this one, been allowed to pick someone who has already come out in favor of a sitting president in this matter?

Are you guys so fuckin blind you can't see that?

You know good and well, that if Obama had done anything like this, you'd be all over it.

That's not a very good analogy considering that Obama's attorney general described himself as Obama's wingman and is famously the only sitting attorney general ever to have been held in contempt of Congress. He eventually resigned rather than be impeached.

He also both claimed to have never spoken to Obama about Fast and Furious yet Obama claimed executive privilege which has to do with the president's ability to receive advice and counsel from members of his administration so if he didn't receive any advice and Counsel on the matter executive privilege doesn't apply.

Try again, Shitinger.

That's a good boy... *pats you on big giant head*

Nothing partisan to see here:

The attorney general Eric Holder has become the first sitting member of a president's cabinet in US history to be held in contempt of Congress after Republicans vented their fury over a bungled gun-tracking investigation.

Seventeen Democrats, under pressure from the pro-gun lobby the NRA, joined 238 Republicans to carry a criminal contempt resolution against Holder. A currently serving attorney general has never before been censured in this way.

The criminal contempt resolution, passed by 255 to 67, with most Democrats walking out of the chamber en masse before the vote, related to Operation Fast and Furious, a federal investigation launched in Arizona designed to ensnare gun smugglers involved with the Mexican drug cartels.

Nothing partisan to see here:

Republican plot to obstruct President Obama before he even took office, including secret meetings led by House GOP whip Eric Cantor (in December 2008) and Senate minority leader Mitch McConnell (in early January 2009) in which they laid out their daring (though cynical and political) no-honeymoon strategy of all-out resistance to a popular President-elect during an economic emergency. “If he was for it,” former Ohio Senator George Voinovich explained, “we had to be against it.”
-------------

So I don't care to hear your crap about this not possibly being partisan. Try not to forget this investigation was led by a Republican.

As for the Obama stuff, he's no longer president.. and if we're not trying bush, cheney, ashcroft, rumsfeld et al for war crimes and lying to the American public, I don't wanna hear your whining about the black guy administration.

Can't do math I see. There are 435 members of the house. No one has to "pressure" anyone to have people vote on the actual facts. Holder outright refused to allow congressional oversight when crimes were definitely acknowledged to have been committed by BATF agents under his authority. You don't have to be an NRA member to be opposed to sending rifles to murderous, criminal gangs in another country, or to have those same guns find their way back to this side of the border. Which was the point. They allowed guns to get into criminals hands so that when the guns would eventually be traced in crimes that would no doubt be committed with those guns they can say see the reason why Mexico has a gun violence problem is because they're getting them from Evil gun dealers in the United States." This was premeditated aiding and abetting of murder.

But, but The RUSSIANS!

You do realize that Obama Clinton Biden and Kerry all voted for authorizations to go to war in Iraq right?

Sorry I should have done the math for you so that you would have a better picture of how egregious his conduct was. Were all of the 368 members of Congress who were unwilling to support Holders refusal of oversight "under pressure from the NRA?"

Yup, a LIB DUMOH!

You really are naive.

Yes, they did. Perhaps we should have spent a year investigating bush and company before authorizing it. Biggest mistake in the history the US... cept for perhaps the orange trainwreck.

So your contention is that without the pressure of the NRA, a veto-proof majority of Representatives would have switched sides and supported Holders obstruction of justice as the highest ranking law enforcement officer in the land? That's what you're going with?

How about you personally big guy. Did you support the idea that the u.s. government should be shipping rifles to Violent Mexican drug gangs? How about if the u.s. government ships rifles to gangs in your neighborhood? You good with that?

As a result, this report tells the story of how misguided gunwalking operations originated
in 2006 as ATF’s Phoenix Field Division devised a strategy to forgo prosecutions against lowlevel straw purchasers while they attempted to build bigger charges against higher-level cartel
members. Unfortunately, this strategy failed to include sufficient operational controls to stop
these dangerous weapons from getting into the hands of violent criminals, creating a danger to
public safety on both sides of the border.
The report describes how, rather than halting this operation after its flaws became evident,
ATF’s Phoenix Field Division launched several similarly reckless operations over the course of
several years, also with tragic results. Operation Fast and Furious was the fourth in a series of
operations in which gunwalking—the non-interdiction of illegally purchased firearms that could
and should be seized by law enforcement—occurred since 2006.

This report debunks many unsubstantiated conspiracy theories. Contrary to repeated
claims by some, the Committee has obtained no evidence that Operation Fast and Furious was
a politically-motivated operation conceived and directed by high-level Obama Administration
political appointees at the Department of Justice. The documents obtained and interviews
conducted by the Committee indicate that it was the latest in a series of reckless and fatally
flawed operations run by ATF’s Phoenix Field Division during both the previous and current
administrations.

If you're looking for me to say Obama and his administration were perfect, then you're going to be disappointed.

We've got plenty of guns here.. you need them down there, cause you're obviously a bunch of pussies.

That tired "but, but, Nush dit it TOO" has been completely debunked. No attempt at all was made to apprehend anyone on this side of the border, no attempt at tracking the guns yo their end user was even contemplated. The entire point was to be able to find guns at the scene of future crimes traceable to US gun shops. That was the ENTIRE plan.

Not even Holder was willing to claim that nonsense you are spouting. That entire fig Leaf was created by Obama apologists after the fact. The one operation had absolutely nothing to do with the other.

Holder would not have hesitated to have scapegoated the Phoenix office if that's as high as it went.

For your scenario to be valid that would mean that holder decided to take all the heat for a bunch of Rogue agents in Phoenix. Why would somebody so self-interested do such a thing? Why would anyone protect Rogue agents?

Then do something to prevent further occurrences.

Up to the states to do their thing.

I'm not some autocratic dictator....this is the USA,

It took New Zealand 3 days to try something different.

Then move to New Zealand.

We don't do things that way in the USA.

It has been 20 yrs since Columbine. When is enough enough?

It's already enough....murder and mass murder are both illegal.

Oliver North understands you are losing this battle. He spoke up...and is removed as President of the NRA.

Losing what battle?

Then do something to fix the problem. It is you that is beyond stupid. Doing nothing...is stupid

Do what??

Increasing law enforcement would be choice...but your team hates pigs and wants it's cities/states run by rioters and criminals.

Maybe enforcing the laws against things like illegal gun possession among many other things would be a good place to start?

Let's also talk about how damn near all these lunatics are on some cocktail of psychotropic medications.....people with emotional and mental issues severe enough to warrant the types and levels of medication all these mass shooting loons are on? There is a totally legit argument for taking their 2A rights away and I think the states should have that discussion. I've written and talked to state officials in numerous states about the subject. But other than a vote, a buck and an occasional letter for some intern to shred before sending me back a generic buu shit response....that's all I can do to influence public policy as a citizen.

Thanks for including links to back up your assertion, instead of your usual talk out your ass with nothing even remotely containing proof.
