Being non judgmental when I first meet someone. I’m good at letting go of automatic judgments.

For example: You’re out of work? I don’t assume you’re automatically a slob or lazy. You smoke the herb? I don’t automatically assume you have no prospects. You don’t own your own house? I don’t assume you’re not rich enough to do so. You live in a squat house? I don’t assume we have nothing in common. You’re a midnight ballerina? Cool! Go get that money. You identify as gender neutral?! GO YOU!

I like to meet people on the same level as I’d like them to meet me! We are ALL human.

My worst trait…. Having been through so many personality checks etc etc for leadership I know what they say - but I think overall my worst trait is confidence.

Whilst I am a people leader so day to day I portray confidence in myself, my team and decisions it is a battle to do so. Behind closed doors I question everything and this is something very few people see.
