What is "fake" about them? They are they, they exist. If they have been enhanced, as mine have, what difference does it make? If the surgery was done well and properly, no one will know by touching them. Women have the surgery done for different reasons. Mine, I wanted a larger size and I wanted to try and reverse the effects of time and 3 children.
