Yes I have. It’s happened both online (not on Lit) and in real life, and it was such a bizarre thing to experience. I don’t think I’m a person who’s easy to fall for, so I never expected it to happen.

The real life thing ended up ruining a perfectly good friendship despite me trying to avoid that happening. It took several years until we became friends again, but the friendship wasn’t quite the same anymore. The online thing got hairy and I ended up eventually leaving the platform.

I remember being out of the city in a very special place in the woods. There were fireflies at night. We were travelling in a small group which included my girlfriend’s younger cousin who was very beautiful and vulnerable because her father had cancer. Yes, several times. At 19 my first time was with a much older couple, she was late 40's. In my early 20's I had a lover in her 40's and another in her early 50's.
