Any Canadians around? part 2

Like wise folks, lets hope that we all can get a chance to get out and relax, breathe during this upcoming long weekend! To those who are taking care of our loved ones in the healthcare system, we thank you!

I'm from Nova Scotia...and truly bluenosers are getting a shit kicking like we've never seen before
:( . Mass shooting, missing children. I've never been so sad as I have these past few weeks.

Hi Ruby, yes indeed the past couple of months have been very hard on Nova Scotians. Lets try to have a decent long weekend with all of those affected in our thoughts and prayers. Somehow things will pass and you folks shall recover..

most of the Events as well as the Fireworks got cancelled:(
but we had our own small Celebration including a small Firework and B B Q ;):D
 
I'm not Canadian... but Happy Canada Day. I think I could be an honorary Canuck though. I've visited the Hockey Hall of Fame and I am a season ticket holder for our state hockey team. *fills out application* lol

Hard to imagine... but i am slowly getting into the NHL. Some of these series are INTENSE! No love lost.

Good Morning Canucks...not the team, they lick my balls.

We truly are blessed in this beautiful country.

Fishing 15 mins from Lake Louise. Did the rapids in the Kicking Horse outside of Golden BC before that.

No matter where I go in this wonderfully majestic paradise... it is heaven.

Added bonus.... the trout are biting. And the mosquitoes aren’t. ;)

Rock on Canada.....from the splendour of British Columbia to the breathtaking perfection of Newfoundland.

Lake Louise/Banff are on our bucket list.
We just spent 4 days at a friends cottage on Lake Rosseau & going back up later this month. That's the extent of our summer travels this year.

Beautiful trip across country. ;)

Fishing outside of Jasper Park now. Roughly three hours away from Louise and take your pick which one is nicer.

Check a town called Nordegg to start from to see some truly amazing land and water.

Best part....stay out of the park and you won’t have to mortgage your first born to afford it. (Even if money doesn’t matter...it kicks way more ass to find your own spot of paradise to camp in.)

Its interesting that there are so many Canucks who chat about fishing in so many beautiful places. I suppose after exploring this wonderful country end to end, for over 60 years, I can state with plenty of confidence, that I wouldn't trade Canada for any other place on the planet..Enjoy your backyard people.. and practice catch and release..
