Anyone from the UK?

I got an Acorn Electron for Christmas when I was about 8 or so, then an Atari ST when I was 12 or 13 I think. Many joysticks were destroyed playing Sensible Soccer and Prince of Persia!

Never get in the way of a gamer and her console or laptop 😆 have 42 years gaming experience
I have to say, consoles never really grabbed me. I play games on the computer, though more rarely these days, and not anything that requires reactions (I prefer to use my brain). I'd rather play with people than against a machine though (i.e. board games and the like).

Weird. I was just a few hours ago thinking about my first computers - ZXs - because someone else, elsewhere, posted about Thorin and it made me remember The Hobbit adventure game.
