I got sunshine outside of my window in Co Durham, it's a bit blowy though, with a nip in the wind. Gorgeous blue sky and the washings out.

But in keeping with the adult-themed nature of this thread, the weather over the southern bank of the River Humber has been changeable with long spells of sunshine accompanied by a moderate breeze. I'm in an office on the shady side of the building so I can't say I've even benefitted from the sun's rays through the window (and obviously I should be working but there's plenty of time yet before the clock strikes 5)

Good morning, Northampton guy here but waking up in Hull this morning. The weather is hiding on the other side of the curtains. It’s Hull so it’s bound to be grim. I’m heading to the hospital soon to fix two Ultrasound machines. I know what’s wrong so they won’t take long to fix.

Most bank holidays i work as the phone does not ring in the office and its quiet well apart from excellent choice of music i blare out.

I can see Hull Royal Infirmary from my office - I'll give you a wave (I'm on the other side of the river though so it's a bit of a diversion for a coffee - I'll have to nip out and get biscuits )

I'll be working some of the bank holiday - the logistics world still keeps moving even when almost everyone else is off / asleep
