Varies. Usually. Shower, sex and sleep or shower movie and sleep.

I usually turn on soft music, close my eyes and try again.
I try to just allow myself to relax as much as possible. The work will be there when I get there. Just don't want to stress myself out before it starts.
Are there any rituals you practice before a big work day for good luck?

Not really. I set my alarm for earlier. That way I don't put myself in a situation to where I'm rushing around or stressing myself out.

Oh gosh, I have numerous things over the course of my life that I am proud of. One of the things that is on my mind this morning - a friend of mine passed away years ago and I promised to look over his daughter and help her with life. Fast forward a decade or more and she's doing well, thriving in her chosen profession, and seems to be happy.
What small thing have you done for yourself that had an outsize impact on your quality of life?

Finally put my bills on auto pay lol. And started going to bed earlier. I have more energy during the day.

I have. both by hand and I've helped milk a herd with modern milking machines. (@lacandy Parlor Tricks: I can make circles with my fingers that go in opposited directions, one hand going one way, the other the other way. I should do a video...).

Though I've been over 10,000 feet numerous times, I've never developed altitude sickness.

As light as I can be. I almost always travel for work and have to pack everything around having an unwrinkled suit which means garment bag which means almost no space for anything other than the suit and shirt on hangers.
