ATL May Litogether

I would ask why, but that is none of my business.

In any case, my fingers are staying crossed.

I want YOU TWO there.

I want YOU TWO there.

Why? Never figured it out. My folks get the kids, at least the older ones, generally one night on the weekends. I can't think of the last time her folks got the kids.

No, wait, the last long weekend we went on, her folks got the older two for part of one day.

And everybody wants both of us. Sheesh :D

First weekend works good, 3rd weekend should be fine too. I'm a card carrying member of 1763, so is janey. Getting in to group events like ARM and CAP for out-of-state folks does NOT require the $20 annual membership, you can pay a $5.00 event only membership...

Hell, I like the atmosphere at 1763 and always have a great time. I think Furry and the other folks who met me there last time will attest to the energy and atmosphere. Yeah, some folks are into protocol, but most are pretty relaxed... Depends on the group and event I suppose.

Anyway, most any weekend is doable, including the second, janey said she can do something with her Mom before or after, she's easy.

And ADR, I most certainly would be coming to see you.

And Gigi.

And Bunny.

And Kitty.

And Sprinkles.

And Furry.

But not Yang. OR Winston. And especially not that hairy guy Homburg.

Wouldn't want anyone to think I was inclined to bottom or nuffin...
:D

I had a great time meeting you and your lady last time! And the other literoticans that came out.

I've been mining your older litogether ATL thread for info:

http://www.1763.net/FAQ.html

Also for those of us that are not members yet at this club, I saw that we should print out, fill out and bring a membership form with the membership fee.

Um, I hear he's really experienced at... stuff.

HA! Someone once told me my name in Navajo... I forget what that was but the translation was "White Man With No Ass".

You just want to see me cane Bunny...

Tucker is an 'ok' place as far as safety is concerned. How many of you are interested in staying in this area specifically for its location? Is the only reason this location is appealing is b/c of how close it is to 1763? While it says 1763 is 10 miles from downtown- a 10 mile drive in Atlanta is about a 20 min drive depending on what time of day it is. Friday afternoons- don't even think about going out of the city on 85 or 285. It is madness. With that being said, Tucker is not 'close' to any of Atlanta's sites or tourist attractions. But then again I don't know if anyone is interested in any tourist attractions.

If everyone could give me an idea of their budgets I can start looking into lodgings. Is there any other areas people might be interested in staying?

I'm not uber picky, but I consider "Motel6" and "Quality Inn" to be "roughing it". I like Fairfields and Hamptons when available, especially if I can get coupons, sometimes a Red Roof or Travelodge... I am a Marriott Rewards member, janey is a Hilton HHonors member so we get points we can cash in for free room nights if we stay at Marriott or Hilton affiliated/partner brands. *weg* South side of the ATL near the airport rooms can be had for cheap. Downtown and Buckhead is expensive, Mid Town not so bad, Tucker has pretty cheap rooms. And whatever that ritzy section up on the north side near 285 and the Lennox Square is gonna be kinda pricey too...

The Georgia Renaissance Festival will be in full swing and that's a lot of fun... :D

:jumps up and down ecstatically:

Me! Me! Me! Me! Me! :D

Hmmm... if Sprinkles is attending I just might have to come out of Lit retirement to be there! ;)

I have an unused ticket to Atlanta I got to use soon... all I need now is to be able to get off work!

As far as lodging for Bunny and I, we will just have to wait to closer to time to see if we will have the money for an over-night trip but if not we are only about 2 hours away so it wouldn't be that big of a deal to drive it if we had to.

Have the dates been decided for sure? I'd like to book a flight to Alabama to meet up with Bunny and Kitty and then go with them from there. If I book the flight soon, I can get a cheaper ticket on skybus.

Yay! I just checked skybus and if I fly to Bunny and Kitty on Thursday, and come home on Tuesday, I can get a roundtrip ticket for $71.00. :D

What date are we going with ... the original 2nd weekend of May, or the bounced around idea of the 1st weekend?

Among other things, yes. I'm pretty equal oppurtunity about who I watch you beat, and with what. I'm generous like that. :D

And my first thought upon reading that was, "Hey, if she's finally going to give in to the pleasures of the cane, maybe EG and I can tag-team her!"
