Atlantic Hurricanes

You have to admit, the news outlets get a bit crazy with the coverage of the storms.. Wolf Blitzer said " Millions and Millions WILL die" its over-done. Maybe thats the media, but it does send people into a massive panic.

She doesn't give a shit about anything other than proving that I'm an ideologue whereas she is firmly in the center, operating under pure reason and the smartest entity in the room...

stfu

I don't "get" news from Rush. I was out running around that morning and did hear him during that segment, but once again, you have to make it fucking personal so you can turn about and then play the victim.

What fucking news are you watching?

Do you not understand that all of journalism hypes shit in order to increase ratings and sell commercials???

If it bleeds it leads and a disaster is the best way to get information out. The thing about the water was a minor point, an example.

Your hate makes you fucking stupid.

Don't care for facts, do you? People who choose ignorance are the stupid ones, AJ. You make things personal in here ALL THE TIME. You just called me fucking stupid. Who are you trying to kid with your moral superiority bullshit?

Okay, let's go to the start: YOU said that Rush had a point, that the news should be telling people to fill up jugs. I pointed out that they have repeatedly done so. If that was your "minor example" of Rush having a point, try to find one that's correct or you're just feeding the lies.

And really, AJ, I've been saying for years in here that the media doesn't report news, it sells it, while you and others (with Rush leading the charge) insist it's part of some huge liberal conspiracy. Now you're finally accepting that I'm right? Good. Better (much) late than never.

As for what news I'm watching, I don't usually "watch" news but in the case of an ongoing event I do tune in. I watch CNN (already said that) or FOX mostly, if I watch at all. I see the CBS morning reports some days because our local TV affiliate is with CBS and they have segments for local news and weather. For the hurricanes, I've mostly been watching the Weather Channel because they've had actual hurricane experts on 24 hours a day. I usually get my news from an online feed service that gives me stories, articles and opinions ranging from the Huff Post to Fox News, CNN and Breitbart (and a bunch of others). I actually do look at all sides. How about you?

AJ the Great knows what everyone else is thinking better than they know it themselves, and has a deep understanding of their motivations.

I'd rather be what you described than be a liar, like you.

You have to admit, the news outlets get a bit crazy with the coverage of the storms.. Wolf Blitzer said " Millions and Millions WILL die" its over-done. Maybe thats the media, but it does send people into a massive panic.

Yes, I do see that, and it's true. As I just said, the media sell news. That's their motivation, and hurricanes like these are big news.

Wolf said "millions will die"? Wow, I didn't see that. I'll have to go try to find it.

I wonder if the Gov of Florida is part of Rush's global warming conspiracy too. He's been on constantly for days begging people (literally) to evacuate. Should the news be reporting his conferences? Is that feeding the panic? Hell, every public official in Florida has been saying the same things and Florida is hardly a hotbed of liberalism.

What does the hurricane have to do with glow ball warning?

You've been doing this passive-aggressive shit for years. Ignore the big point, find a little aspect of it to bang a gong on and then play victim.

Who are these many sources of news telling you to fill up jugs and not reporting on how everyone is buying up bottled water?

Thank you for proving my point.

You ascribed me a source for my news. stfu cunt.

Where did I ascribe you a source? You QUOTED Rush and NAMED him as your source. Are YOU fucking stupid?

I'd rather be a cunt than a liar. I'd rather be a cunt than stupid. Dick.

It wasn't posted as NEWS you idiot cunt!!!

It was posted as commentary ON THE FUCKING NEWS COVERAGE!!!

Now, where are all of your sources informing the people not to panic, but to fill up jugs to take with them as they are under mandatory evacuation? No sources means fucking bullshit that you're pulling out of your broad ass...

I already told you about the CNN reports.

What IS your big point? The only thing you've brought up (and keep talking about) is water.

I heard it! Which is why I remember it. He goes straight for the drama....

Ah, I'm a cunt and now my ass is broad. Fuck you, little dick.

Rush is clearly not news but he was STILL the source of your assertions. What "source" did I ascribe to you that you didn't bring up yourself? Still waiting for that.

Who the fuck watches CNN?

And don't try to tell me that they are not reporting the runs on supplies...

And I notice that you're now trying to avoid the topic of your fatal mistake, attacking me for posting Rush as "news."

More passive-aggreessive...

Trying to turn commentary into news and yet not providing any "fact." Is it the autism gene?

I heard it! Which is why I remember it. He goes straight for the drama....

Crazy drama. Millions wouldn't die from Irma even if nobody did anything to prepare for it.

Of course the news outlets are running reports of shortages. You know, because that's news that people in Florida need to know. Why would I pretend otherwise? And yes, if you'd watch the news that you pretend you know about you would hear lots of cautionary statements, like "evacuate if you're told to, but you don't need to drive to Atlanta. A few blocks to a shelter would be fine". And "you can shelter from wind, but not water, so don't be out on the highway when the storm starts". You're bitching about what the news is (or isn't) saying when you just admitted that you don't watch the very type of news source (CNN) you're complaining about? So again, my original question: Where do you get the news about what the news is saying? You don't like using Rush as your source (though you quoted his commentary as...something) so please, once again, please answer my question.

I never said Rush was a source of news, AJ (god forbid). But he was the source of the information you used in your comment. That's what it means when you said "he has a point". I explained that once (so don't lie again and say I didn't). Here's another question you're dancing around: What source did I ascribe to you?

Ah, a broad-assed cunt and now a cheap shot about autism. You're getting way too emotional. You're just not making sense. This time it's me putting YOU on ignore. See ya.

Irma

Why did Fat Ass Rush leave Florida if this is fake News. He us so full of shit. Just go ask the people if Barbuda, U,s, Virgin Islands or Cuba if Irma is real. If you want to believe a blow hard and a chicken who ran after call the news reports fake be may guest. O have been thru several Hurricanes but this one I would not any part of, common sense should tell you that. Whatever its cause is, does not matter it is dangerous.
