This was one of my favorite group threads of all time, so I'm definitely in if it can be brought back to life.

Sadly, since it looks like Xia might be gone, I'll likely write Ryota out during the skip so that there's room for those two to have gone off to a happier life somewhere in-between. I'm sure everyone will miss him. *dry cough*

Besides, I still have Longshot and the Firebender whose name I've completely forgotten by now to play with.

Hey, to be fair, I did only get in one post with the guy before the thread went into limbo. You're lucky I can actually remember even having a third character to begin with after the way things played out.

Besides, at least I didn't forget any of my characters being in the middle of oral sex when their thread went on hiatus. My manly pride is still wounded over that one. *glaring*

I'd like it to get going again, but the Mai stuff has kept it pretty heavy, so a timeskip would probably be a good idea so we can hopefully get past that a little.

Well, I do believe that aside from our Wandering Chas, that's a confirmation from all of us on gettin' this thing running again.

How far a jump do you guys think we should go? A month or so? Gives Azula more time to get settled in with whereever it was I sent her to (Gotta go recheck that; I know I had something intended with her ship-stealing), lets the whole Mai thing get cooled off a bit... But also could say that Azula's been quiet enough for people to be wandering off on their own in other directions to see WTF she's up to.

hmm yeah I'm for a month

and from what I know of such things in books and the whole Azula thing and funeral of so many there's probably enough axtras that need to be attended to that the Summit could actually still be going on... maybe? yes it's a stretch but it's my attempt to avoid the cut scenes of Smellerbee and Longshot spontaneously coming up like ..simultaneously in the forest outside of New Gaipan

Welllll... Haven't actually heard from him, but he did mention at one point that he'd like to see this one come back. He's kinda wrapped up in all the stuff that happened over the holidays at the moment, so I'd think leaving Sokka as a wandering char at the moment would be the best bet.

Well, they look so snug and comfy....

Besides, we needed another villain and a source of extra Fire Bender fodder, so his rebel group in that far off city of whatever (I really should reread his profile sometime) seemed like a good idea at the time.

If we're going for a month as a skip, I guess Azula would have had time to get settled in there (since I think the original plan was for his scouting group to locate and help smuggle her away from the capital) and use her boosted bending to start showing everyone who the new head bitch is.

hmm Smellerbee is Smellerbee.. she rarely changes..

but Ty Lee would now be recognizing her betrothed and therefore her nobel rank proper... and would be dressing differently ... I might look for a pic myself

What are we going to do about Aang? I don't think we ever totally decided on what to do about his powers. I guess he's technically my character now, but I'm not really sure myself. Also this means our Katara is gone. I suppose she can just be an NPC without too much trouble...

I think we had talked about having his powers downgraded slightly, but still able to do all 4 elements... That Azula'd only gotten a "fire boost" off him to bring her above Dad's level. I don't remember exactly what we'd said at the moment.. But it had been brought up a bit.


As for Katara... Yeah, I guess she's a play as needed until we hear back from Chas.
Could say she'd gone off as one of the scouts, but I'm not sure if Aang would have let her do that....

I remember now. We'll go with that. Though I'll probably still leave him weakened and recovering for now.

And he wouldn't have wanted to let her go, but Katara is pretty convincing. After all, she did defeat Azula before, so it's likely she'd hope to find her first being one of the only people capable of containing her.
