Awww thankies! Course, I am not totally happy with my pics of late. I think some of it is that I am just in a nit-picking mood and also some of it is just irritation at being careful on how the pics are posted due to newer regulations etc. I think too that with as busy as everything has been lately that I have not been able to work out as much as I usually do and am feeling a bit down cuz of that. You know that feeling when you are just not quite as fit as normal...lower energy etc. Anyhow, I think I am mentally putting that feeling on my pics now hehe. I'm sorry to hear that you have to go to Texas in August. The only time of the year I would want to go there is the springtime. I was stationed at Ft. Hood and spent many summer weeks in the field doing support work for the 2nd Armored Division. The heat was intense, especially when you consider that there were no trees to take shelter from the sun.

I don't have any plans for summer. It is a busy time for work and I can't take vacation from it. The closest thing to downtime that I get is when work is slow; even then I have to go out and find customers. I still wouldn't trade summer for any other season. Hope your summer goes well.

Yah...I am not prone to getting terribly tan so I think I am going to have to try and get a base tan before heading out there. We will have to take tons of sun tan lotion anyhow as our little one is red headed and as fair as her Irish heritage lets her!
