Diets are overrated
how much you trying to lose rebel?
Too much. 90 pounds from where I started. 22 pounds in.
awesome, well keep it up. just don't get frustrated when you get to a spot where you wont lose any weight for a while. I was like that. I lost like 40 lbs and after 20 I hit the wall and got a little frustrated. then I put a little back on and now trying to lose it again.

Yeah...its bad when you lose a 9 year old and you're still pretty fat though. even at my goal i'll stil be a big guy but I'll be happy.
Plateau's can be killers!
well, not sure if you using anything but if you pm me sometime. I will share the site I used to help me. It works great for me to help me.
Havent really been doing anything fancy..I do have this plan I call "Dont eat so damn much" Not too bad so far, but I'm always looking for ideas to help.
Portion control is the best thing

finally home....Evening sexy.How's things?

If people understood what a "portion" meant, they'd not whine so much about diets. I've learned to read labels and am shocked at how much I can and cannot eat
yes that is true too. I mean when you eat snickers with 260 calories in one bar.
that's soo true... what we used to eat in one setting, we can practically eat in 2... getting dinner at the Chinese place means, having lunches for tomorrow...If people understood what a "portion" meant, they'd not whine so much about diets. Candy should be a reward, not a freaking meal.
I'm limited to one cup, ONE, of starches total at dinner. That's a lot of mashed potatoes..
I also learned that if you deconstruct spaghetti and meatballs - measure out a cup of pasta, a cup of sauce, and 4 oz of meatballs - that's a heavy amount of food. If they were all mixed, I'd have one cup only of pasta and sauce, and maybe some meatballs
I speak of meal, because I see these "diabetics" that complain they can only have half a candy bar.
I don't count calories. I "Guestimate", use the diet I was given by my nutritionist. It helps more than counting calories
