It really doesn't matter for me, the first time i was with a woman we where both new to the experience and to be honest it is pretty self explanitory.

Now i do not mind if they have no experience or more experience than me, and i have never found it an issue.

Interesting concept, why do you think that is, if they are experienced do you not end up getting what "they like" rather than both experimenting? although i can see the point of a "journey" being taken out of your hands as possibly an attractive one.
