UYS that's beautiful, and I'm so sorry to hear it.
But dogs are pretty good at adapting. I grew up around my Grandfather's dog, a standard poodle named Schatzie. He was blind, and needed a little help sometimes but less than you'd expect.
That's a heartbreaking piece, and thank you.

He's got high blood pressure it's twice what it should be and it's pushed the retinas out. I've had a blind Staffiebefore called Bugsy who had Hereditary cataracts but he went blind from 18 months and coped really well he used to run free and swim in the river and if I saw he was on a collision course I used to yell "Tree!" and he would swerve! But this one (Biffo) is old now and I don't know how he will cope I had my suspicions but thought it was only one eye affected but it is both. He is the last of my breeding line that I own and I literally pulled him into the world backwards and saved his life as he was stuck

I had a rough night last night. I was shaking with chills for about an hour and a half. As soon as that was over, I was sweating like crazy. I feel much better than that now. Just need more sleep.
I was also wondering where LeBroz is. Wake me up if he shows up.

I was off delivering a bday present to my Mom who said absolutely no presents but who would been crushed with disappointment today if I had shown up empty handed as per her request.
She's not a difficult person to buy for anyway. Little things make her happy.

It has been not warm but really humid here for weeks. ee and I were both saying we feel really low energy today. I think the weather is starting to get to us. I am psyched for autumn, which is my favorite time of year.
